Job Description / Responsibility
• Strategic & winning digital marketing plan development.
• Drive traffic to company pages to websites.
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI calculation.
• Manage email and social media marketing.
• Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and budgets, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information. Digital Strategy Development:
• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services.
• Create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.Content Creation and Management:
• Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital platforms.SEO and SEM:
• Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
• Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Perform keyword research and develop strategies to improve search engine visibility.Social Media Marketing:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Monitor social media trends and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns using analytics tools.Email Marketing:
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including the design, content, segmentation, and analysis of email performance.
• Develop strategies to grow the email subscriber list and improve email engagement rates.
• Analyze data to gain insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.Paid Advertising:
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital advertising channels.
• Develop and test ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to maximize the effectiveness of paid campaigns.
